Before You Apply — Read This First
1. Check your state before anything else. Several of today's leads hire in specific states only. Two minutes of checking beats an hour on an application you can't be hired for.
2. "Pay not disclosed" isn't a red flag by itself. Plenty of legit companies (Sutherland, Raya, Wynd Labs) don't print pay on the listing. Just make sure the number works for your family before you accept an offer — and never pay a fee to get hired. Legit employers don't charge you.
3. Seasonal and contract roles are real doors. A December end date doesn't mean it's not worth it — seasonal work is Christmas money now, and strong performers are the first ones called back.
4. Apply the same day you see the lead. Every lead here was checked November 4, 2026, but these posts can come down without warning.
