Today's Fresh Remote Jobs — Friday, October 30, 2026 (Chat, Email & Non-Phone Inside)

Happy Friday! 🎉 Welcome to Day 5 of my Daily Fresh Remote Jobs Directory — my daily post where I gather the freshest legitimate work-from-home listings I can find, check them the same day, and put them all in one place for you. Today's drop has 10 listings. A new drop lands every single day, and I also post the day's list on my Facebook profile every morning, so follow along there if you want it in your feed the minute it drops. 💛

If you're new here — hi, I'm Kristen. Working from home isn't theory for me: I work remote contractor programs myself (customer support and tax-season work through companies like Working Solutions, Omni, and Arise), so I know exactly how fast a good posting fills up and disappears. That's the whole point of this directory — I dig through the listings, toss the junk, and only share the legit ones.

How to read the tags: every job is labeled by how you'll actually do the work — 💬 Chat, 📧 Email, 📞 Phone, or 🔇 Non-Phone — because I know a lot of you are specifically hunting chat, email, and non-phone roles. Every job below links straight to the company's own application page — no middlemen, no fees, ever. I checked these today (Friday, October 30), but WFH postings close fast, so if one fits you, apply today instead of bookmarking it for "later." Today's list leans heavy on the written-work roles — ticket support, email, and behind-the-scenes operations — with the phone roles down at the bottom where they belong.

⭐ Two Companies I Work Myself

Before today's list — these are the two companies I personally contract with, so I can vouch for how they work:

🛒 Working Solutions — apply here 👈 Flexible work-from-home contractor programs (customer support, and seasonal work pops up here too). This is one of the programs I work myself, and it's a great first WFH gig because you pick programs that fit your schedule.

🛒 Arise — apply here 👈 Customer support contractor platform with lots of different client programs. When you register, enter CSPID 5047661 where it asks who referred you — that's me, and it helps them know a real person sent you.

💼 Today's Directory — Friday, October 30, 2026

💬 📧 Customer Support Specialist — Flossy — pay not posted 👈 Ticket-based support for a dental savings company — you'd help patients and dental practices through Zendesk/Intercom tickets, not a phone queue. Needs 3–5 years of support experience. The listing posts no pay range, so go in with your number in mind.

📧 Customer Operations Associate I — Affirm — $44,000–$64,000/yr 👈 Email-led operations work at the buy-now-pay-later company — resolving escalated customer inquiries predominantly by email, with only the occasional phone call. The pay band for most states (Missouri included) is $44,000–$64,000/yr; CA/WA/NY/NJ/CT run $50,000–$70,000. Affirm is remote-first and covers 100% of medical premiums.

🔇 Enrollment Specialist (Credentialing Operations) — Spring Health — $30.05–$34.86/hr 👈 Fully non-phone data work at a mental-health benefits company — managing clinician enrollments and keeping provider roster data accurate. Needs 2+ years of provider enrollment or credentialing experience and strong spreadsheet skills (advanced Sheets/Excel).

🔇 Social Media Senior Associate — FanDuel — $79,000–$99,000/yr 👈 Run social content for the sports-betting giant — remote anywhere in the USA. Needs 3+ years of social media experience, and be ready for nights, weekends, and holidays, because sports don't keep office hours.

🔇 Customer Operations Coordinator, Support — Canvas Medical — $65,000–$80,000/yr 👈 Non-phone ticket triage and account operations for an electronic medical records platform — account unlocks, staff provisioning, and permission changes, worked from Slack, email, and web-form tickets using runbooks. Just 1+ year in a support or operations role, so this is one of the more early-career-friendly listings today.

🔇 Senior Technical Support Specialist — Drata — $71,000–$109,000/yr 👈 Written-channel technical support (email, chat, and video — no phone queue) for a compliance-automation platform, handling the complex enterprise escalations. This is a senior one: 5+ years in technical support and real troubleshooting depth with integrations like Okta, AWS, and Google Workspace.

🔇 AI Agent Support Specialist — Vanta — $110,000–$129,000/yr 👈 The highest-paying listing today, and one of the most unusual: you'd own and tune Vanta's customer-facing AI support agent — reviewing its conversations, fixing its answers, and handling a small volume of tickets yourself. Needs 3+ years of B2B SaaS technical support and hands-on experience with AI support tools.

💬 📧 📞 Customer Support Specialist — Mercury — $43,300–$52,500/yr 👈 Answer startup customers' questions over chat, email, and phone for a business-banking platform — account requests, card disputes, missing payments, and more. Remote anywhere within the United States, with salary plus equity.

📞 Client Experience Specialist — Atticus — $60,000–$75,000/yr + bonus 👈 Phone work with real heart: you'd talk with people in crisis, figure out whether Atticus can help them get disability benefits or insurance compensation, and guide their next steps. No legal knowledge needed — they train you. Needs 3+ years talking with customers; base is $60,000–$75,000 plus an uncapped monthly bonus (top performers clear $100K total), and medical/dental premiums are 100% covered.

📞 Customer Support Specialist, Evening Shift — Mudflap — $23.00–$27.00/hr 👈 Phone-first support for independent truckers using a fuel-payment app — a high-call-volume role for night owls. The current opening is Thursday–Monday, 4:00 PM–12:00 AM Eastern. Needs 2+ years of remote customer support; they ship your equipment and training runs three weeks.

🔍 Nothing Above Quite Fits?

Don't give up after one list — postings turn over daily, and a new directory drop lands here every morning. Tell me in the comments what kind of work you're hunting (chat only? part-time? overnight?) and I'll keep an eye out for it in future drops.

🛡️ Before You Apply Anywhere: 3 Quick Red Flags

I say this in every directory post because the scams target job hunters hardest:

  • Never pay to apply or to "start." A real employer pays you — you never pay them.
  • No gift-card equipment, ever. If a "job" wants you to buy equipment with gift cards or cash a check they sent you, it's a scam. Full stop.
  • Apply only on the company's official site. Every link in this directory goes to the employer's own application page — if you're ever asked to interview over a random chat app or send personal info by text, walk away.
