Fresh Remote Jobs — Monday, November 2, 2026

Happy Monday, friends! 💛 I checked every single one of these listings this morning (Nov 2) to make sure they're actually open and accepting applications — no dead links, no expired posts. Sixteen real work-from-home jobs today: lots of customer service, a few seasonal tax-season spots (those fill up fast!), and a couple of steadier full-time options too.

Quick honest notes before you dive in: a few of these are independent-contractor gigs (you set your own schedule, you're paid per minute or per hour worked, and you handle your own taxes), and a few are regular employee jobs with set schedules and benefits. Most have state restrictions, so peek at the fine print for your state. And as always — a legit job will NEVER ask you to pay for the application itself or buy gift cards for "equipment." Okay, here's today's list:

💻 This Week's Verified Openings

1. TurboTax Customer Service Representative (Early Access) — Working Solutions
This is one of the ones I do myself! Seasonal contractor role helping TurboTax customers by phone/chat — no tax experience needed, they train you. You pick your own hours. Contractors typically earn the equivalent of about $20/hour (paid per talk minute, with extra during peak times). Not open in CA, NY, PA, or WA.

2. Benefits Enrollment Representative (Seasonal) — Working Solutions
Also Working Solutions — help federal employees and retirees with health plan enrollment during open enrollment (busy season is Nov 9–Dec 14, so they're staffing up right now). Pay works out to $16.80–$18.60/hour equivalent, and you choose your own hours.

3. Customer Service Partner — Arise
Another one I do! Arise connects you with big-name client programs you service from home as your own little business — right now there's a cruise line customer service program enrolling. You register once, pick a program, complete its certification, and set your own schedule. Pay varies by program. When you register, use my CSPID 5047661 so they know I sent you. 💛

4. Customer Service Representative (Contractor) — Omni Interactions
And yes, this is one of mine too — I work TurboTax through Omni in tax season. Omni contractors take phone, chat, and email contacts for big companies, set their own schedules, and earn $14–$20/hour depending on the client. Most hours are weekday/daytime.

5. Tax Season Customer Support Agent — Liveops
Liveops is sourcing around 6,000 home-based contractors nationwide for the 2027 tax season (supporting a major tax software brand). Apply now to get in the December sourcing cycle. You're paid per talk minute, rates vary by program, and you pick your own intervals.

6. Customer Service Representative, Prescription Assistance — NexRep
Help people understand prescription savings and assistance programs over the phone. Pays $15/hour, self-scheduled, 1099 contractor. NexRep hires in 31 states (including MO, TX, FL, OH and more — full list on the page).

7. Inbound Sales Representative — NexRep
Take inbound calls from folks who saw a product on TV and want to order — script provided, no cold calling, no sales experience required. Most reps make at least $13/hour and top earners make $30–$35/hour. Hours are 24/7, so night owls, this one's friendly to you.

8. Healthcare Customer Service Representative (Remote USA) — TTEC
A real employee job: help health plan members with benefits and eligibility questions from home. $16/hour base plus performance bonuses, and they say they're regularly hiring for this role. Needs 6+ months of customer service experience. Some state restrictions apply.

9. Customer Service Representative (Remote) — Verizon
Verizon hires remote customer care reps in select states — help customers with billing, plans, and devices. Set full-time schedules, employee benefits, and their postings rotate, so check back if your state isn't listed today.

10. Customer Service Representative (Remote) — UnitedHealth Group / Optum
UnitedHealth Group and Optum regularly post remote customer service roles helping members and providers with claims, benefits, and enrollment questions. These are employee jobs with benefits and set schedules — search "remote" and filter by your state.

11. Customer Service Representative (Remote, Bilingual Spanish) — UnitedHealth Group
If you're bilingual, this one pays a little extra — helping Spanish-speaking members with benefits and claims questions from home. Employee role with benefits; prior customer service experience helps.

12. Customer Service Representative (Remote) — Progressive
Progressive hires remote reps to help customers with policies, claims, and billing. Employee role with paid training and benefits, and they hire in waves throughout the year.

13. Customer Service Representative (Remote) — CVS Health

P.S. Want me to keep an eye out for something specific — like data entry, chat-only, or a certain company? Drop a comment and tell me what you're looking for. I actually read them. 💛
