Today's Fresh Remote Jobs — Saturday, October 31, 2026 (Chat, Email & Non-Phone Inside)
Happy Saturday — and Happy Halloween! 🎃 Welcome to Day 6 of my Daily Fresh Remote Jobs Directory — my daily post where I gather the freshest legitimate work-from-home listings I can find, check them the same day, and put them all in one place for you. Today's drop has 10 listings. A new drop lands every single day, and I also post the day's list on my Facebook profile every morning, so follow along there if you want it in your feed the minute it drops. 💛
If you're new here — hi, I'm Kristen. Working from home isn't theory for me: I work remote contractor programs myself (customer support and tax-season work through companies like Working Solutions, Omni, and Arise), so I know exactly how fast a good posting fills up and disappears. That's the whole point of this directory — I dig through the listings, toss the junk, and only share the legit ones.
How to read the tags: every job is labeled by how you'll actually do the work — 💬 Chat, 📧 Email, 📞 Phone, or 🔇 Non-Phone — because I know a lot of you are specifically hunting chat, email, and non-phone roles. Every job below links straight to the company's own application page — no middlemen, no fees, ever. I checked these today (Saturday, October 31), but WFH postings close fast, so if one fits you, apply today instead of bookmarking it for "later." Today's list is heavy on healthcare support and behind-the-scenes operations — patient support, medical records, and billing work — including a part-time role and a six-month full-time role, with the phone-heavier jobs down at the bottom where they belong.
⭐ Two Companies I Work Myself
Before today's list — these are the two companies I personally contract with, so I can vouch for how they work:
🛒 Working Solutions — apply here 👈 Flexible work-from-home contractor programs (customer support, and seasonal work pops up here too). This is one of the programs I work myself, and it's a great first WFH gig because you pick programs that fit your schedule.
🛒 Arise — apply here 👈 Customer support contractor platform with lots of different client programs. When you register, enter CSPID 5047661 where it asks who referred you — that's me, and it helps them know a real person sent you.
💼 Today's Directory — Saturday, October 31, 2026
💬 📧 📞 Specialist I, Client Support — Grow Therapy — $20.00–$24.04/hr 👈 Front-line support at a mental-health platform — you'd help clients and therapists through live chat, asynchronous messaging, and phone: technical issues, insurance coverage questions, and billing questions. A people-person role for someone who likes making complicated things feel simpler.
💬 📧 📞 Associate Member Support Specialist — Hinge Health — $16.96–$28.13/hr 👈 Member support across email, phone, and chat for a digital physical-therapy program — eligibility, enrollment, and billing questions. This is the most entry-level listing today: 1+ year in a customer-facing role. Two honest notes: the pay range varies by where you live, and shifts are variable inside their 4 AM–8 PM Pacific hours, including some evenings and weekends.
💬 📞 Specialist I, Provider Support — Grow Therapy — $20.00–$24.04/hr 👈 The flip side of job #1: here you'd support the therapists on the platform by phone and live chat — troubleshooting their issues and helping them use the system. The listing leans on attitude over résumé: self-motivated, eager to learn, good problem solver.
🔇 Specialist II, Release of Information Operations — Grow Therapy — $25.00–$26.44/hr 👈 Fully non-phone records work: process, log, and respond to medical-record requests from clients, insurance companies, and attorneys, keeping every release HIPAA-compliant and accurate. Needs 2+ years in release-of-information or medical records work. It's a remote role with travel 2–3 times a year for team meetups.
🔇 Billing Support Specialist — Rula — $55,000–$61,750/yr 👈 Back-office billing detective work at a mental-health company — investigate claim denials, work assigned insurance payers, and get complex claims resolved on the revenue-cycle team. Needs 2+ years in healthcare billing, claims, or patient relations and a real understanding of the claims lifecycle. Rula is remote-first and hires in most U.S. states (Hawaii is the exception).
🔇 Revenue Cycle Associate — Talkspace — $18.00–$22.00/hr 👈 Quiet, detail-driven claims work at the online therapy company: organize and process claims into the database, keep clean records of claims and invoices, and help resolve billing issues with the team. If you like orderly work with a checklist, this is your lane.
🔇 Credentialing Specialist — Talkspace — pay not posted 👈 Non-phone credentialing operations: review clinician credentialing files, run quality checks, track approval and license-expiration dates, and help prep for the Credentialing Committee. Set schedule — Monday–Friday, 9 to 6 your local time — and the listing specifically says New York residency is NOT required even though HQ is there. The listing posts no pay range, so go in with your number in mind.
📧 📞 Care Coordinator — Talkspace — $20–$25/hr 👈 People-first coordination on the Referral Management team: monitor new patients' engagement in their first 30 days, do outreach and follow-ups, and help clear paperwork or barriers before a first appointment. The listing says the role is remote on Eastern or Central time — Missouri is Central, so we're in. 💛
📧 Care Experience Associate — Equip — $25–$26/hr 👈 Engagement, scheduling, and admin support for patients and families at a virtual eating-disorder treatment program that operates in all 50 states. Read the fine print with me: this one is a 6-month full-time term (40 hrs/week) — but it includes benefits, which most short-term roles don't.
📞 📧 Admissions Inquiry Representative — Equip — $24/hr — PART-TIME 👈 Today's part-time find: answer inbound inquiries from patients and families by phone, email, and web forms — explain the program, walk through insurance and cost questions, document the calls, and schedule screening appointments. Same virtual eating-disorder treatment program as the role above.
🔍 Nothing Above Quite Fits?
Don't give up after one list — postings turn over daily, and a new directory drop lands here every morning. Tell me in the comments what kind of work you're hunting (chat only? part-time? overnight?) and I'll keep an eye out for it in future drops.
🛡️ Before You Apply Anywhere: 3 Quick Red Flags
I say this in every directory post because the scams target job hunters hardest:
- Never pay to apply or to "start." A real employer pays you — you never pay them.
- No gift-card equipment, ever. If a "job" wants you to buy equipment with gift cards or cash a check they sent you, it's a scam. Full stop.
- Apply only on the company's official site. Every link in this directory goes to the employer's own application page — if you're ever asked to interview over a random chat app or send personal info by text, walk away.
